Shipping times, areas, and costs

1. Shipping Area

Atlantis ships throughout Italy. For deliveries to disadvantaged areas, smaller islands, hard-to-reach locations, or areas subject to logistical surcharges, additional costs or longer delivery times than those indicated may apply. In the case of special orders, corporate supplies, or shipments to destinations not automatically covered by the checkout system, customers can contact Atlantis before purchasing to receive more information on costs and delivery methods.

2. Order preparation

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Confirmed and correctly paid orders are handled according to their arrival order and product availability. When items are in stock, preparation generally takes place within a few business days. In the case of products not immediately available, made-to-order items, multiple supplies, or products subject to supplier availability, fulfillment times may vary. In these cases, Atlantis will inform the customer of any updates regarding availability or estimated delivery times.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary according to destination, type of products ordered, and the courier assigned. Generally, for available products, delivery takes place within a few working days from the date the goods are handed over to the courier. For bulky items, furniture, contract supplies, or special shipments, delivery times may be longer and will be managed according to the most appropriate logistics methods. Deliveries are generally made on working days, from Monday to Friday. Couriers do not always guarantee a precise delivery time slot; for this reason, it is advisable to indicate an address where someone will be present to receive the goods. Atlantis is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier, force majeure, strikes, adverse weather conditions, traffic, holidays, errors in the address provided by the customer, or other circumstances not directly controllable.

4. Delivery Method

Unless otherwise indicated, delivery is made to the address specified by the customer during the purchase process. For bulky products, furniture, or large-scale supplies, delivery may be made to the curbside, unless additional services are agreed upon before purchase. Floor delivery, porterage, assembly, positioning inside the premises, or packaging removal are not included, unless otherwise communicated or agreed upon in writing. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct, complete, and accessible to the transport vehicle. Any access difficulties, limited traffic zones, narrow staircases, lack of an elevator, condominium restrictions, or logistical limitations must be communicated to Atlantis in advance.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of products, weight, volume, destination, and logistical conditions of the order. The shipping cost is indicated during the purchase process, before payment confirmation, when automatically available from the system. For large orders, B2B supplies, contract products, or shipments requiring dedicated management, Atlantis can provide a customized transport quote.

Delivery, receipt, and inspection of goods

Deliveries are generally made on working days, from Monday to Friday. Couriers do not always guarantee a precise delivery time slot; for this reason, it is advisable to provide an address where someone will be available to receive the goods.

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase phase.

For bulky products, furniture, or large supplies, delivery may be made at street level, unless additional services have been agreed upon before purchase. Floor delivery, porterage, assembly, positioning inside the premises, or packaging removal are not included, unless otherwise communicated or agreed upon in writing.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct, complete, and accessible to the transport vehicle. Any access difficulties, restricted traffic areas, narrow stairs, absence of a lift, condominium restrictions, or logistical limitations must be communicated to Atlantis in advance.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to carefully check:

  • the number of packages received;
  • the integrity of the packaging;
  • the absence of visible damage, breakages, dents, or tampering;
  • the correspondence of the data reported on the transport document.

Should the package show visible damage, compromised packaging, or signs of impact, the customer must accept the goods with a specific reservation, clearly indicating the problem on the courier's delivery document.
